Grimes Cub Scout Pack 171 held a drawing on Sept 20th for a 5-speed bike generously donated by the Grimes Fareway. All new Grimes Cub Scout fall recruits were eligible for the drawing. Incoming Tiger Cub Scout Tyler Borneman of Grimes was the winner of the drawing. Cubmaster Dana Duckett and Webelo Scout Nick Duckett presented the bike to Tyler. Cubmaster Duckett said, “Tyler was waiting in his driveway grinning from ear to ear with his bicycle helmet in hand when we arrived to present his new bike!”.
